School Atmospheric Integrity Demonstration
From indoor-air evidence to authorized intervention and proven outcome. This showroom gives schools, districts, universities, funders and grant writers a concrete technical deliverable: not merely monitoring air, but preserving the evidence, authority, execution and outcome of what the school actually does about it.
A school grant should fund more than a dashboard.
Sensors can reveal conditions. Engineers can recommend interventions. Grants can pay for equipment and expertise. TA14 makes the consequence path visible: what was actually observed, whether the evidence survived, who had authority to act, what was authorized, what was executed and whether the intervention produced the intended result.
THE SCHOOL IS THE REALITY

People, spaces, HVAC systems, outdoor conditions and operations establish the reality that gives every later measurement meaning.
BUILD THE ATMOSPHERIC RECORD

A value becomes useful evidence only when what, where, when, context, system state and source are preserved with the raw observation.
PRESERVE EVIDENCE CONTINUITY

The observation must survive identity, timestamp, location, transfer, storage and retrieval. A broken link creates HOLD rather than permission to infer.
THE CONSEQUENCE BOUNDARY

Evidence may support an intervention, but evidence does not authorize action by itself. The consequence must pass the authority examination.
WHO HAS AUTHORITY TO ACT?

Students, teachers, administrators, facilities teams, contractors, sensors and AI have different capabilities. Capability is not authority.
COMMIT AND EXECUTE

After ALLOW, the intervention is bounded by scope, actor, place, time, duration, limits, verification and stop or escalation conditions.
DID IT ACTUALLY WORK?

Preserve before and after conditions, comparability, uncertainty and authorized scope so execution is not confused with success.
ATMOSPHERIC INTEGRITY RECORD

The complete record preserves Reality through Outcome and New Reality so the school can prove what was observed, authorized, executed and achieved.
Here is what your school or district can fund.
TA14 School Atmospheric Integrity Demonstration
- Baseline environmental and operational reality
- Atmospheric evidence record and continuity method
- Proposed-intervention consequence boundary
- Authority and standing examination
- Bounded commitment and authorized execution record
- Pre/post verification with raw and adjusted observations preserved separately
- Outcome and continuing Atmospheric Integrity Record
- Public or bounded technical teaching environment when appropriate
Where it can fit
Indoor-air-quality grants, healthy-school programs, HVAC and ventilation improvements, environmental-health initiatives, research projects, smart-building programs, wildfire-smoke preparedness, workforce education and other funded interventions where evidence is expected to lead to action.
TA14 does not need to be the grantee. A qualifying school, district, university, nonprofit or public institution can lead the funded project while TA14 serves as a scoped technical/governance partner.
Turn monitoring into a defensible intervention record.
If you are preparing a grant, IAQ program, HVAC intervention, research project or healthy-school initiative, talk with TA14 about placing this consequence-governance layer inside the funded work.
