Conversation is not admission.
Material exchanged during preliminary institutional due diligence does not become admitted TA-14 evidence merely because it was communicated to Atlas or another Exchange representative. Evidence admission requires the applicable governed intake process.

A participant may proceed without surrendering architectural sovereignty.
Each stage creates a different institutional effect. The Exchange keeps those effects separate so registration cannot silently become evidence admission, publication, certification, or endorsement.
