PERMANENT INSTITUTIONAL BIOGRAPHY
TA-14-AIGR-000018
One governance identity. Every preserved state beneath it. Versions, demonstrations, examinations, artifacts, findings, challenges, corrections, responses and independent publications accumulate here without rewriting what came before.
History accumulates. It does not disappear.
A later version does not silently inherit an earlier finding. A participant response does not become TA-14's voice. A correction does not erase the original record. Each event remains attributable to its own source, evidence state, version and governed boundary.
CHRONOLOGICAL RECORD
What happened, in order.
Governance identity entered the TA-14 public Registry
LOVE-OS is the master human-centred constitutional governance architecture developed by Elias Systems Ltd to keep intelligent and automated systems governed by purpose, human sovereignty, truth, compassion, responsibility and non-domination before capability is allowed to create consequence. Its central premise is that intelligence should not determine its own governing identity or silently convert capability into authority. LOVE-OS therefore establishes a persistent constitutional reference point from which downstream governance, reasoning, adaptation and execution can be bounded. The architecture combines an anchored ethical core with a limited governed adaptive space. Its purpose is not to force a machine to “feel love” or to claim that love has been scientifically reduced to code. LOVE-OS uses human-defined principles of love, compassion, reciprocity, dignity, truth, agency and responsibility as explicit governance constraints against which consequential activity can be assessed. LOVE-OS is intended to serve people, organisations and intelligent systems operating in environments where automation may affect human beings or create material consequence. It is designed so that adaptation, optimisation and intelligence remain subordinate to declared identity, legitimate authority and constitutional boundaries. In practical terms, LOVE-OS asks not only whether a system can perform an action, but whether that action remains consistent with the purpose, authority, evidence, human agency and non-exploitative boundaries under which the system is permitted to operate. LOVE-OS is the constitutional foundation from which later Elias governance components, runtimes and enforcement mechanisms can derive their governing reference. It does not itself constitute certification, universal moral truth, legal compliance, or proof that every implementation will produce benevolent outcomes.

The chronology can contain disagreement without collapsing identity.
Each record remains attributable. Presence in this history means the event is part of the preserved institutional chronology; it does not mean TA-14 adopted another party's statement, endorsed the architecture, or changed an earlier finding.
