PERMANENT INSTITUTIONAL BIOGRAPHY

TA-14-AIGR-000026

One governance identity. Every preserved state beneath it. Versions, demonstrations, examinations, artifacts, findings, challenges, corrections, responses and independent publications accumulate here without rewriting what came before.

INSTITUTIONAL RULE

History accumulates. It does not disappear.

A later version does not silently inherit an earlier finding. A participant response does not become TA-14's voice. A correction does not erase the original record. Each event remains attributable to its own source, evidence state, version and governed boundary.

Keystone is a governed financial-execution architecture developed by Elias Systems. It is designed for organisations using AI agents, automated systems, software services or human operators to initiate or coordinate consequence-bearing financial actions. Keystone separates identity, authority and execution permission so that being capable of proposing or constructing a transaction does not itself create permission to execute it. Before execution, the architecture evaluates whether the required authority, conditions and evidence are present at the relevant execution boundary and can withhold execution where those requirements are not established. It is intended for use across payments, fintech, regulated financial infrastructure and other environments where automated actions can create real financial consequences. Keystone also preserves provenance, decision evidence and execution records so that what was permitted, refused or escalated can be examined afterwards.

Each record remains attributable. Presence in this history means the event is part of the preserved institutional chronology; it does not mean TA-14 adopted another party's statement, endorsed the architecture, or changed an earlier finding.
