Governance identity entered the TA-14 public Registry

The Elias Sovereign Composability Architecture (ESCA) is a governance architecture for allowing independently governed systems, AI agents, organisations, platforms and architectures to work together without requiring them to merge into one authority structure. Its purpose is to govern the relationship between participants while preserving each participant’s identity, provenance, authority and internal governance. ESCA governs what may cross a boundary, what evidence is admissible, what authority remains with the source, what the receiving system is entitled to conclude, and when changing conditions require revalidation. Its core principle is: Do not merge architectures. Govern the relationship. ESCA is intended for organisations operating across multi-agent systems, AI providers, enterprise platforms, regulated environments, supply chains, partnerships and other cross-system relationships where information, evidence, permissions or decisions move between independently governed parties. It does not assume that interoperability transfers authority, ownership, provenance or truth. The receiving participant must determine what the incoming object legitimately establishes and whether it is presently admissible for the intended consequence. ESCA is therefore intended to support sovereign interoperability and composability while preventing evidence laundering, silent authority transfer, provenance loss and unsupported semantic enlargement across organisational or technical boundaries.
