PERMANENT INSTITUTIONAL BIOGRAPHY
TA-14-AIGR-000047
One governance identity. Every preserved state beneath it. Versions, demonstrations, examinations, artifacts, findings, challenges, corrections, responses and independent publications accumulate here without rewriting what came before.
History accumulates. It does not disappear.
A later version does not silently inherit an earlier finding. A participant response does not become TA-14's voice. A correction does not erase the original record. Each event remains attributable to its own source, evidence state, version and governed boundary.
CHRONOLOGICAL RECORD
What happened, in order.
Governance identity entered the TA-14 public Registry
The TA14 Admissible Standing Architecture (ASA) is a domain-neutral governance architecture for determining whether a specific actor, acting in a declared capacity, has an admissibly established relationship to already-applicable authority sufficient to invoke that authority for a specific proposed consequence under present conditions. ASA governs four core elements: Actor, Capacity, Standing Basis, and Authority Relationship. It transforms a Standing Claim into an Admissible Standing Record (ASR) through examination of the actor-to-authority relationship. ASA establishes a critical distinction within TA14 governance: Applicable Authority ≠ Established Standing. Authority answers what may legitimately govern. Standing answers who may legitimately invoke it. ASA is actor-neutral and may be applied to humans, organizations, institutions, AI agents, software services, controllers, machines, and other governed actors. ASA does not create authority, determine whether authority legitimately applies, govern delegation as a general system, preserve authority currency, establish an execution route, bind a route, commit a decision, or authorize execution. An ASA disposition of ESTABLISHED establishes standing only; it does not constitute an AEA disposition of ALLOW. ASA supports consequence-bearing governance by ensuring that authority cannot be invoked merely because an actor is identified, credentialed, capable, authenticated, affiliated, or technically able to act. The relationship between the actor, the actor's declared capacity, and the applicable authority must itself be admissibly established. ASA v1.0-RC1 has a frozen four-anchor core following corpus-level collision testing, semantic-boundary testing, adversarial falsification, and authoritative-text kill testing.

The chronology can contain disagreement without collapsing identity.
Each record remains attributable. Presence in this history means the event is part of the preserved institutional chronology; it does not mean TA-14 adopted another party's statement, endorsed the architecture, or changed an earlier finding.
