The profile does not replace the Registry record.
The Registry preserves the attributable declaration. This Governance Profile is the TA-14 Authority's public institutional commentary about what entered that record and why the architecture may be significant.
This TA-14 Governance Profile is institutional commentary about a registered governance architecture. Registration is not certification, endorsement, legal validation, regulatory approval, ownership adjudication, or proof of technical performance.
This profile does not establish that DAR-Z AI Ω∞ Constitutional Intelligence Habitat is enacted law, a government authority, a regulator, an accredited certification body, a standards-development organization, or a legally recognized compliance framework. Registration, publication, profiling, review, demonstration, evidence preservation, standards mapping, or participation in the TA-14 institutional process does not by itself establish certification, endorsement, regulatory approval, legal validity, standards conformance, technical efficacy, safety, ownership priority, admissibility, or fitness for use. DAR-Z AI Ω∞ may reference or be used alongside frameworks such as the EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC AI standards, IEEE AI standards, and other public governance instruments, but those references do not by themselves establish compliance, approval, accreditation, or legal sufficiency. TA-14 does not adopt DAR-Z AI Ω∞ as its own architecture merely by registering, profiling, reviewing, demonstrating, referencing, or preserving records concerning it. Any stronger determination concerning a specific deployment, jurisdiction, implementation, legal obligation, standards claim, technical capability, or operational outcome must arise through the appropriate governed process and be supported by the evidence, authority, scope, and record applicable to that determination.
Declare it.
Bound it.
Evidence it.
Register it.
TA-14 Governance Profiles begin with an attributable Registry record. Independent governance architectures keep their own identity, claims, boundaries, stewardship, and evidence.
