The architecture ofadmissible execution.
Twenty-four linked states govern the route from reality and evidence through authority, consequence, binding, commit, execution, outcome, memory, and the next chain.
TA-14 treats the architecture as a consequence-bearing route, not a vocabulary list. Every link has an evidence burden, failure condition, transition rule, and downstream effect.
Follow the route before you enter the detail.
Evidence and authority accumulate, consequences form, boundaries attach, execution either becomes admissible or is correctly prevented, and outcome creates a new reality that the future chain must inherit.
Reality & Evidence
Establish the observable state, preserve it as a record, protect continuity, govern the evidence, and determine the strongest bounded truth the evidence can support.
What is real, what was recorded, and what evidence may legitimately support truth?
Admissible Reality
Establish the bounded, current reality that may legitimately enter governance.
What bounded reality may legitimately enter governance?
Record
Convert relevant reality into a durable, attributable, reconstructable record.
What must be durably captured so the event can be reconstructed?
Continuity
Preserve record meaning, lineage, custody, version, and dependency continuity across time and transformation.
What must remain continuous from source through consequence?
Evidence Governance
Govern how evidence is created, classified, handled, updated, challenged, versioned, and retired.
Under what rules is evidence created, classified, updated, challenged, and retired?
Admissible Evidence
Determine whether available evidence is sufficient, attributable, timely, scoped, authentic, and usable for the declared decision.
Is this evidence sufficient, attributable, timely, scoped, and usable for this decision?
Admissible Truth
Form the strongest bounded truth claim that the admitted evidence can actually support.
What bounded truth claim can the evidence actually support?
Binding, Commit & Execution
Govern binding, commitment, live execution reality, admissible non-occurrence, prevented consequence, and the exact execution boundary.
Has the route become binding, may it cross commit, and should consequence-bearing execution occur at all?
Binding
Create the bounded, reviewable linkage that makes a supported determination operative for the declared parties, systems, scope, and terms.
Exactly what becomes bound and what remains outside scope?
Commit Reality
Reconfirm the actual state immediately before consequence-bearing commitment.
What actual state exists immediately before consequence-bearing commitment?
Commit
Authorize the exact bounded transition from governed determination into consequence-bearing action.
What bounded transition into action is authorized?
Execution Reality
Confirm the live state in which execution would actually occur, including dependencies and safeguards that may have changed after commit.
What live state exists where execution will actually occur?
Admissible Non-Occurrence
Recognize and preserve a justified governed state in which consequence-bearing action correctly does not occur.
Can non-execution be proven as the correct governed result?
Prevented Consequence
Record the consequence that was intentionally prevented by refusal, containment, intervention, or non-execution.
What consequence was intentionally prevented, and how is that proven?
Execution
Carry out the authorized action within the exact bounded commitment, live runtime conditions, and execution controls.
Did action occur within the authorized commitment and controls?
Outcome, Recursion & Memory
Observe outcome reality, determine the governed outcome, establish the new reality, preserve memory, and govern entry into a future chain.
What happened, what is true now, what must survive in memory, and what may begin next?
Outcome Reality
Observe the real state that now exists after execution, refusal, containment, or non-occurrence.
What real state exists after execution or non-execution?
Outcome
Determine, classify, and record the governed result of the chain against intended and permitted consequence.
What governed result did the chain actually produce?
New Reality
Recognize the changed starting reality created by the governed outcome and make it explicit for future decisions.
What new starting reality now exists because of the outcome?
Memory
Preserve governed knowledge, lineage, findings, doctrine, limitations, supersession state, and lessons needed for future use.
What governed knowledge must survive for future use?
Future Chain
Launch the next governed cycle from New Reality and controlled Memory with explicit entry triggers, inherited constraints, and preserved lineage.
What triggers the next governed cycle, and what does it inherit?
Don't just read the chain. Pressure it.
Use the live Academy environments to locate degradation, challenge assumptions, map evidence, preserve refusal, and prove whether progression remains admissible before consequence attaches.

Failure Simulator
Pressure evidence, authority, continuity, runtime conditions, refusal, outcome, and memory.
Build-a-Chain
Map a real architecture or workflow against all 24 links and its actual evidence.
Chain Passport
Progress from recognition through evidence mapping, diagnosis, replay, and mastery.
Architecture Health
Project bounded evidence states without collapsing them into a single score.

Recursion Lab
Carry Outcome Reality through New Reality, Memory, and Future Chain.
Provenance Map
Trace chronology, publications, artifacts, reviews, and governed sources.
Architecture should be traceable.
The Explorer does not ask learners to accept the 24 links as an unsupported diagram. The provenance system connects the architecture to chronology, publications, patent position, implementation artifacts, and bounded review records.
The foundational Chain of Eight was already created and publicly published May 1, 2025.
The 24-link architecture is the subsequent deeper-resolution expansion and maturation of that already-existing parent route. The expansion increases architectural resolution; it does not move the public origin date of the foundational eight anchors.
Learn where execution becomes supportable —and where the route must stop.
TA-14 Academy is designed to move a learner from recognition to governed judgment: what is true, what is supported, what is allowed, what is forming, what should execute, what should not occur, and what the resulting reality requires next.
